Ways to Increase Your Network Business

Using the Internet is a low cost and relatively quick way to increase sales and profits in your business. There are many tactics which can be easily implemented. Email marketing, social networking and direct advertising are the three that give you the biggest return quickly.

Email marketing is an excellent way to acquire new business, increase sales from existing customers and build customer loyalty all at once.Email marketing can be used to send sales notices, discounts and coupons to your subscribers. When utilized well, it can also build brand loyalty and word of mouth marketing that helps acquire new customers as well. By sharing information, tips and advice with your email subscribers instead of just sales campaigns, they’ll more readily open and read each message you send. And by offering valuable information along with encouragement to forward the email on to friends and colleagues, you can turn your subscribers into enthusiastic marketing mediums that will help drive more business to your website or offline store.

Social networking is another excellent way to increase business on the Internet, because it acts like a word of mouth–or viral–marketing medium. Customers respond better to companies who establish a relationship with them, and those relationships are easier to create on social media networks such as Facebook and MySpace.Facebook and MySpace are used by consumers to stay in touch with friends, family and business associates around the world. By setting your company up with a profile at one or more of these social sites, you can begin to attract customers and fans to your network. Each time one of your customers adds you as a friend or becomes a fan of your company on a social networking site, everyone else they are friends with gets a general notification. In most cases friends and family will check out the extended friends network, and if they like what they see they may add your company as a friend as well. This creates a viral effect because each person exposes your business to their own network of contacts.

Direct advertising on the Internet is much like using classified advertising in the newspaper, but it’s much more targeted and cost effective. When you choose to advertise online through services such as the Google AdWords network, you are exposing your advertisements to millions of people around the world instead of just within your local community. Online advertising also allows you to target your market much more effectively as well, so less advertising dollars are wasted. If, for example, you want to sell lamps in the United States, you can set up Internet advertisements which only appear to people in the U.S. who may be interested in buying lamps. This targeted focus of your advertising helps to ensure ads are only shown to those who are interested, and this helps improve the overall return on investment your business receives.

Double block and bleed valve

The double block and bleed valve is also called DBB valve, generally speaking, it is make up by two ball valve and one neddle valve or two ball valve and a globe valve. Why do some conditions use the Double Block and Bleed valve? Double Block and Bleed valves have evolved to replace and add the process of bolting together individual valves to make the valves in one body. It saved a lot of space and meterials, and it is the development tendency of the valve in the future.

These new assembly of the double block&bleed valve provides great savings in weight, space and installation time especially in cage isolation. These savings can be as much as 70% in weight and shown that it can saving 70% installation time on the projects. However the greatest savings , therefore reducing the risk of the potential hazards this entails such as leak or insecure.

Dual ball is a necessary requirement when maintenance is taking place down stream of the first isolation valve.

These double bllock and bleed valves have also evolved to encompass the function of chemical analysis and mechanical character. Cavity venting is provided by either two balls or globe OS&Y vent relief valve so that the pressure between the two isolation valves can be safely vented.

Talking about how the ball valve works.

Today lets talk about how the ball valve works. Firstly lets share the brief description of ball: Ball valve is designed according to the plug valve. Sphere around the axis of the stem by 90 degrees to achieve the purpose of opening and closing. Valve in the pipeline is mainly used for cutting, distribution and change the direction of media flow, the design of the ball into the V-shaped openings also has a good flow regulation. Ball is not only a simple structure, good sealing performance, but also in a certain range of nominal by the smaller, light weight, low consumption of materials, installation size, small, and the driving torque is small, simple, easy to open and close fast, the ball valve is the last decade one of the fastest-growing varieties of the valve. Especially in the United States, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Britain and other industrialized countries, the valve is widely used, the use of the variety and quantity continues to expand, to the high temperature, high pressure, big mouth by high tightness, long life, excellent performance and adjust the direction of a valve function, its reliability and other performance indicators have reached a higher level and has partially replaced valve, globe valve, throttle. With the ball advances in technology, in the foreseeable short-term, see, in particular in the oil and gas pipelines, oil refining and nuclear industry on a cracker will have a wider range of applications. In addition, other large and medium-caliber industry, in areas of low pressure, valve will also be one of the leading valve type. Ball is 50 years of this century, the advent of a valve, in half a century, has developed into a major ball valve. Ball valve is mainly used for cut off or connected media can also be used for fluid regulation and control, V-ball valve for flow control and more precise control, while the ball valve is used to allocate the flow of media and change the media. Compared with other valves, ball valves have some advantages as follows:
1, fluid resistance, ball valve in the fluid of all kind of least resistance, even reduced diameter valve, the fluid resistance is quite small.
2, switch quickly and easily, rotate 90 degrees as long as the stem, the ball valve is completed fully on or off action, it is easy to open and close fast.
3, good sealing performance. PTFE valve seat ring commonly used materials such as flexible, easy-to ensure the sealing, and valve sealing force with medium pressure increases.
4, the stem seal and reliable. Valve open and close only when the stem rotates, so the valve stem packing seal can not easily be destroyed, and the sealing strength of the stem seal down with medium pressure increases.
5, the valve open and close only rotate 90 degrees, so easy to achieve automatic control and remote control, ball valves can be configured to pneumatic devices, electric equipment, hydraulic equipment, Pneumatic-hydraulic device or electro-hydraulic linkage.

Ball valve installation instructions
1, the valve before and after the pipeline is ready. Before and after the pipeline should be coaxial, the two should be parallel to the flange sealing surface. Pipeline should be able to withstand the weight of the ball valve, or pipe must be equipped with the appropriate support.
2, the purge valve before and after the pipe clean, clear away the oil pipeline, welding slag, and all other impurities.
3, the check valve of the signs, identifying ball intact. Fully open the valve fully closed several times confirmed that it is working.
4, remove the valve protection on both ends of flange pieces.
5, clear the check valve may have dirt hole, and then clean the valve hole. Even between the valve seat and the ball only small particles of foreign matter may damage the valve seat sealing surface.
6, the valve mounted on the pipeline. Valve can be installed in either end of the upstream side. Driven by the valve handle can be installed anywhere in the pipeline. But with a gear box or pneumatic valve driver installation should be upright, that is installed in horizontal pipelines, and the drive is pipelines at the top.
7, the valve between the flange and pipe flange design by piping installed gasket.
8, the flange bolts to be symmetric, successive, evenly tightened.
9, connecting pneumatic lines (pneumatic drive).
10, the operation start the drive, closed ball several times, should be flexible without Zhise, confirmed it is working.
11, according to the design requirements of the pipeline and the pipeline between the valve sealing Flange for inspection.

Maintenance of flexible metal sealed butterfly valve.

According to the seal structure, metal sealed butterfly valve can be divided into elastic seal structure and multi-level hard-seal structure. Production of flexible seal butterfly valve DN500 diameter generally below that of large diameter multi-level multi-use structure. Elastic structure seal butterfly by: Body, disc, stem, resilient seat, the pressure ring and other major parts. Ring structure and function of pressure: pressure side of the body ring sealing surface and the pipe flange sealing surface into sealing, bolt hole in the side, with the bolt clamping pressure from the fixed valve seat ring for use at the same time and the body as a single entity, constitutes the length of the overall structure of the valve.
As the pressure side of a screw aperture ring will effectively reduce the diameter of the sealing surface. The case of the flange from the user, mostly using a flat welding flange, the nominal Canon has been great 10-20mm. This will effectively using the sealing surface reduced, if the installation process there are different valves and pipe flanges heart, they would have misplaced pressure bolt aperture in the top, this time, exposed pipe flange bolt hole inside the hole, causing leakage here. Leakage characteristics of the medium outflow from the pressure ring on the back.
Currently, the state is not flexible metal sealed butterfly valve flange corresponding specific standard, we are under the existing national standards, provided in the flange under the same standard size, Canon used its socket type. Flange with nominal inside diameter by the same, this is to increase the effective sealing surface, but also to provide an enabling easy installation while maintaining the normal use of the valve.
At this point, to remind the user flexibility in the use of hard-seal butterfly valve, the pair must use special flange against the flange, especially paired with the valve annulus pressure pipe flanges, must use special flange.
Direction of the arrow on the body refers to the direction of the media pressure. Often cast out of the body direction of the arrow, referring to the flow of the medium, the user can see the arrow, the logical flow and direction of the arrow at the same installation, this installation has become a habit, the installation instructions were very easy to accept, by country standards for nothing wrong. But with the eccentric butterfly valve in terms of structure, so that sometimes some problems to install, said the following example: butterfly valve flow by the flow of media consistent with the installation of pipe within the medium is a liquid, the valve closed, if the original import of the direction of the media pressure, reduced or zero, the export media to anti-back flow, if the supply is high, the media, resulting in a high pressure, the pressure is greater than inlet pressure, this valve will withstand reverse pressure, Hard seal butterfly valve for ordinary use as one-way valve, such use is not conducive to butterfly valve seal, and it will leak. Concluded from the above example: valve body, the direction of the arrow refers to the direction of the media pressure. Users should be aware of before installing medium pressure valve closed direction, the free media pressure valve and the direction of the arrow to the right direction can be used, and sealing to keep in good condition.
Flexible seal butterfly valve to the user to acceptance considerations. Users of procurement in all of the valve to do sampling or testing is very necessary to do sampling on the quality of the product are: First, to ensure the quality of products, the second is to reduce unnecessary maintenance after installation and updating of the valve, a success rate of installation out. However, when a user seal butterfly sampling test, some do not pay attention to the place, causing the quality of the law can not you have suspected or unqualified rejection. The reason for the wrong? Screw on the pressure ring, respectively, according to bore size, 4, 6, 8 and 12, the bolt diameter of not more than M10. This is mainly a fixed number of screws used elastic seat, can not afford all the media pressure, when the valve is installed and then pipe flange bolts clamping effect on the outside only after all the media power to bear. Due to structural reasons, resulting in a difference operator acceptance testing leak, notify the manufacturers of the user to fail on the grounds is often the case, after the product smoothly through the communication clearance, but there is no problem in use. Therefore, in this matter should be noted that the next, for the user to better understand and use the flexible seal butterfly valve for the next exchange.
Flexible seal butterfly test, it will be upward pressure ring this side of the flat, placed in this plane and the flange of a park, the valve plate by basically the same size, if test press test, the pressure to claw pressure in the pressure plate, so that the pressure evenly distributed in the body side of the pressure ring. If the test is blind, generally flexible seal butterfly clip with two flanges are clamped on the folder to test, flange butterfly valve is sometimes flexible seal, the user only in the following order to facilitate the use of a flange bolts and the valve, then, the body above the screw on the pressure ring will bear the full brunt of the media, previously mentioned this point, these screws can not afford all the media pressure, so blind test with the valve does not leak, but also the state and the actual use of the same.
Some more frequently encountered during the installation problems, if we know the valve structure, it will give you the convenience of installation, and can correctly use the flexible seal butterfly valve.

How to choose Pressure Reducing Valve.

1:Determine the size of the valve needed based on the system demands. The term fall-off refers to the difference between the pressures on the valve outlet and the inlet pressure. If the demand is more, there will be a greater fall-off. Study the performance curve provided by the valve manufacturer. These charts, also known as valve capacity charts, show a plot of the flow rate against the pressure fall-off for valves of various sizes. Choose the chart for the maximum flow rate of your system and locate the fall-off for this flow rate. Select the valve size that gives a fall-off in the range of 10 to 15 psi for your system flow rate.

2:Determine the parameters by measuring the inlet pressure. Choose the outlet pressure you require, which should typically be in the range of 50 to 70 psi for domestic applications. Decide on the minimum and maximum flow rates you need to maintain in gallons per minute or liters per minute.

3: Consider the inlet water pressure. Pressure regulating valves can be direct acting, piston operated or externally piloted models. Choose direct acting valves for flows ranging from low to moderate. For moderate to high flow rates, use piston operated or externally piloted pressure reducing valves.

4: Choose the right valve size needed. Choosing the right size is critical to the longevity of the pressure reducing valve. Over-sized valves will lead to noise, valve failure and wire draw during low flow conditions. If more than one size of valve meets your required capacity, choose the valve that is less expensive and allows you to use smaller diameter pipes.

Warnings:
Direct acting valves are the most economical type of pressure reducing valves; but they are less accurate than the piston operated and externally piloted valves.

How to Increase Sales and Profit
1. FOCUS ON PROVIDING SERVICE BUT NOT SELLING YOUR PRODUCTS
Do not force people into purchasing your product or service. You should find people who want your product or service and then focus on offering any helpful information to them so that they can make an informed decision.

2. BELIEVE IN THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE YOU SELL
If you don’t believe in the quality and benefits of your product and service, your prospects won’t either. Present the benefits of your product/service with confidence and enthusiasm.

3. STOP SPENDING MONEY ON INEFFECTIVE MARKETING
One great way to save money is to stop wasting it on marketing and advertising that isn’t producing for you. Don’t forget to track the number of responses you are getting from whatever method you use. If you’re not reaching your goals, then your strategy needs to be revised.

4. NETWORK
It is a great way to get your message out to a large number of people by internet such as blogs, b2b websites, communities, even if google or baidu groups!

5. SET GOALS AND DEADLINES
Collect your thoughts for a moment or two, and set goals and deadlines. These are vital to your business success. State your goals as specific numbers. (e.g. 10 new accounts, 11% increase in sales, etc.)

6. FOCUS ON BENEFITS NOT ON FEATURES
Spend your time focusing on how your prospects will benefit if they purchase your product or service. For example, if you’re selling central air conditioning units, don’t sell the power of the unit. Sell the benefit of comfort. Selling insurance? Don’t sell the coverage amount. Sell the benefit of security.

7. WRITE TIPS ARTICLES
Newspapers and other publications are always looking for helpful tips articles that would be of benefit to their readers. Submit simple, problem/solution type articles related to your product or service. State the problem, and then share some insightful tips that can help to solve the problem. Always include information at the end of your articles so that people will know how to contact you to receive more information about your services.

8. BE PERSISTENT
Persistence is power when it comes to increasing your sales and profit. Far too many firms fail because they don’t follow-up long enough to produce results. Most sales are made after the seventh or eighth contact–the sale is rarely made after just one contact.

9. SUBMIT PRESS RELEASES
Press releases are a very cost-effective way to get your message out to many people . . . for free. Submit your press releases to a wide variety of publications for immediate release. Keep in mind that the newspapers will usually only print releases that are of interest to their readers, rather than of a selling nature.

10. OFFER TO BE A SPEAKER
Business and civic organizations are always looking for speakers for their meetings and get togethers. Make yourself available by contacting these groups and offering to talk about your area of expertise.

11. GIVE A FREE DEMONSTRATION
If possible, give free demonstrations of your product or service to those that might be interested. Follow-up with these prospects in a timely manner to attempt sales conversion.

12. DISTRIBUTE SAMPLES
If possible, get samples into the hands of people who may be potential customers. People like to try before they buy.

13. DISTRIBUTE INFORMATIVE LITERATURE
Make sure that you get your product benefits, features and ideas into the hands of your prospects. If people don’t know what you have, how can they make a decision to purchase it?

14. USE THE TELEPHONE
The telephone can be one of your most effective, and least expensive, sales tools. Call people who you would like to do business with. Ask for a few minutes of their time so you can show them how your services can help them save time, cut costs, increase sales, etc.

15. GENERATE REFERRALS
Referrals are a great way to generate new business. Don’t just wait for people to refer you. Proactively ask for referrals from existing customers, acquaintances, family and friends. Don’t forget to graciously thank anybody who refers your business to someone.

16. HAVE FUN
Frustration and stress will slow you down. You will succeed far better when you’re doing something that you love.

17. TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS ABOUT THEM AND THEIR NEEDS
Most company publications, ads, letters and sales literature are filled with words, photographs and information that do nothing more than toot the company’s horn. Talk about your customers needs instead. Rather than using the words, “I,” “me,” “my,” use “you” and “your.”

18. DEVELOP CUSTOMER-ORIENTED RELATIONSHIPS
Take an interest in your prospects and customers. Send them helpful articles that you think would interest them. If you know of an event that your prospect or customer will be celebrating, such as an anniversary or birthday, send them a card or small gift. They will appreciate your generosity and will think of you when they need your service, or if they know someone else who may need your service.

19. TELL YOUR PROSPECTS AND CUSTOMERS WHAT TO DO
Getting your message into the marketplace is important, but getting prospects/customers to respond is the real test. Tell your prospects exactly what you want them to do next (e.g. call for your free brochure, drop your reply card in the mail, etc.)

20. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF TESTIMONIALS
Whenever an existing or potential customer says something positive about your company, ask them if you could use their statement in your marketing materials. Your company’s credibility will increase with the use of testimonials from happy customers.

21. MAKE IT EASY FOR PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU
Your customer is not going to work for you. You have to work for them. Do anything you can to make doing business with your company easy and a pleasure.

22. CONTENT FIRST, FORM SECOND
When developing your sales materials and literature, spend less time worrying about the graphics and colors, and more time working on the content — what’s in it for your customers. As long as your message is enticing, black ink on white paper could work just as effectively as expensive four-color materials.

23. GIVE TO GET
There’s an old saying, “You can get everything you want, by helping enough people get what they want.” Listen carefully to your prospects and customers so you’ll know exactly what they want and be generous in your offers. That way you’ll be sure to reap the maximum rewards.

24. LEARN A NEW TECHNIQUE EVERY DAY
Read, go to seminars, listen to audio tapes. Continuously improving your sales and marketing skills will help you to increase your sales and profits.

25. ASSOCIATE WITH POSITIVE, SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE
Talking to and learning from people who are always striving for and meeting their goals, will help you commit to and achieve your own objectives.

26. TARGET
If you’re trying to target everybody, then chances are, you’re not targeting anybody. For example, if you’re selling something that homeowners would want, as opposed to renters, then target homeowners. State your target clearly in all of your marketing materials.

27. FOCUS ON THE LIFETIME VALUE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS
Don’t focus on generating one-time customers. Build a relationship so that a prospect becomes a repeat, lifetime customer.

28. LEARN FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS EXPERIENCE

29. PROVIDING QUALITY PRODUCTS/SERVICES ONLY

Do not reffer or push wrost quality products for margin. Always reffer and push good quality products to your consumer even if you are earcning low margin.
